Biography for Sebele Mamo MSN, FNP-BC

Sebele Mamo is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner, committed to providing exceptional healthcare to patients. With a strong background in nursing and a passion for patient care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to pursue a master’s degree in nursing, specializing in the Family Nurse Practitioner track, from Chamberlain University. She is board-certified and licensed as a nurse practitioner, ensuring the highest standard of care. She also completed the definitive medical weight loss clinic course and has been certified.

Having more than 20 years of healthcare experience, and a warm and empathetic demeanor, Sebele strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients. Her personal struggle of losing unwanted weight, seeing her patients suffering from different diseases due to obesity, gave her the motivation to learn about the science of weight gain, the consequences of diseases caused by obesity, and how to prevent and reverse diseases by simply losing weight.She also understands the importance of patient empowerment and involve individuals and their families in decision-making processes to ensure comprehensive and personalized care. Sebele is thrilled to start helping people to tackle obesity, which is the root cause of many diseases, and looks forward to making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of her patients.
